Sebastian Cortes-Sanchez is a Senior Analyst at the Asian Trade Centre (ATC). In his role he assists companies and governments in the Asia-Pacific region through the analysis of trade agreements, the development of supply chain and logistics strategies, training government officials in their implementation, conducting policy analysis of existing regional policy frameworks and engaging multiple stakeholders in their improvement. He has extensive experience carrying out strategic advisory and supply chain management projects for multinational clients in the pharmaceuticals, port & airports, retail, automotive and chemical industry sectors. These include the management and delivery of logistics and supply chain advisory projects and workshops that provide MNCs and MSMEs with strategic tools to take advantage of direct cost savings from the minimization of duty, logistics and regulatory costs within existing and upcoming FTAs and regulations.
